Bud, as the ASGPP is considering affiliating the ASGPP with the IAGP, what about your joining the IAGP listserve. I've sent out instructions on how to do so at least once every eight months or so for several years. Shall I do so again?
Sure, I'll pass this along to Manuela Maciel.

Several psychodramatists have been developing this method and noting its possibilities for informing psychodrama and in turn being informed by it--most notably, Ron Anderson, in Wisconsion. Donna Little in Toronto has been involved, also. I have been persistent in asking Ron to write up his experiences and ideas for our journal for several years!!!

       Warmly, Adam

Dear People: Could someone also please help to put this on the IAGP list serve>

While I am a novice when it comes to Bert Hellinger's work just having found out about it in SanFrancisco, I am enthralled to say the least.

Hellinger has taken the best from Trauma processes of various kinds and the work of Virginia Satir, Milton H. Erickson,MD, Ancient Ancestral work ( age-old orders of Love), Murray Bowen, Boszormenyi-Nagy, and J.L. Moreno along with what can only be termed the spiritual realm. He has combined them into a process that is of enormous impact on all who participate. I have witnessed some of the most powerful intervention strategies over the years both in the Action techniques as well as in the various trance-like applications, and I think that Hellinger and those who have supported him have arrived at something we as Sociatrists must look into deeply. The dramatic and rapid success of the work with survivors of concentration camps and other huge tragic large scale inhuman circumstances is enough to recommend it to anyone.

John Payne of South Africa, one of the leading trainers and writers about the work, is leading this workshop in September in Scottland. Anyone who can go will be blessed by attending. Here are the essentials. Check out John's web site for more and a treat as well. Beautifully designed and written.

  Blessings all, Bud Weiss
