Carole , dear sweet Carole Oliver
how naive and sweet of you not to have noticed that time is changing
and that wonderful people, devoted to their ideas and work are rare-
and that past ASGPP Preisident was exceptionnal and the new one
different, and that Tom is exceptionnal and that nobody says thank-
you to him (Tom) as much as he deserves
`--;I do not think that you could change ASGPP for a different one in
2006 = cards are done and the hand is poor
and very different from past years and many, many old timers feel bad
and sad and hurt about what is happeniong
(I am 87, an old timer, since the fifties in group-psychotherapy,
psychodrama TEP, international associations etc, and I could cry to
see what is happening )-
but it is not a question of talking, but of persons and their
interrests or lack of interrests -
-so, noting doing, but cry over spiled milk(or how do you say in America
(I write from Europe, but I was trained in usa in the fifties )
and thanked and honoured by ASGPP many times, and by IAGP(I am one of
the co-founders)
`but times are different and they are throwing out ouor life w<irk
without evebn realizing the harm theu do to the field(but they see
things differently, foillowing a shorter and different training
and different perspectives, or lack of perspectives for the long run

=== from Carole Olivier =
question?
with all our expertise as clinicians, can we help to iron out the
differences with asgpp and group talk?
I know you are extremely hurt and frustrated and I don't blame you.
I think we as psychodraamtists can work hard on the sociometry and
come to a
resolution for you and for us.
what do others think of this idea?
Thank You

Subject: Grouptalk Status - Alive and Running on a new server
To list members:
Group talk went down one week ago as a result of the ASGPP changing
webmasters. ASGPP does not support Group talk financially
& does not plan to do so in the near future. T
As a result, I decided to keep Group talk running and have purchased
server space to keep it alive. I think the need for Group talk is
essential and the major reason to keep communication alive among the
group
creative art therapists.
We have about 260 subscribers and I would like you to help me support
group talk financially. I will develop a web page for group talk and
house Jim Sack.s Bibliography at the site.
I can also add many more options to the
group talk web page as you might like to see.
To financially support group talk . if we received one dollar from all
subscribers that would keep us running for two years.
So I am asking for a small donation simply to keep the
communication channel open.
I will take care of the web page and monitoring group talk .
something I have been doing for over 10 years.
Send checks to me
