-Dear Anne, first of all, I don't know who the people
are who were surveyed. This was done by the textbook
publishers, seeking out some of the main purchasers of
their books, various chairmen of departments.
Now as for a letter: you write that "maybe"
"someone" would write a letter. Well, such a letter
would be very interesting for all of us to read. Could
it be substantial, or would it just be a witnessing to
how wonderful psychodrama is? If the latter, it would
be unconvincing. So first, let's have that someone
write the letter, and then get a consensus as to whom
it should be sent. Let's see the letter or letters and
judge together how this tactic should be exercised.
I already made some specific suggestions to our
community, and have done so consistently for over 15
years. Some have accused me of just trying to make
work for other people. I tried to explain the actual
academic and sociological realities of the rise and
fall of status of any professional approach.
So, go ahead and write the letter. Again, to
repeat, I don't have the names or email addresses of
the people surveyed.
sincerely, adam, writing from his daughters
computer with an unfamiliar keyboard...
