Hello Anne, 
    I'm away from my computer now visiting family and
will be back next week. I will email the editor of
current psychotherapies and ask if I can give you his
email address. I do not presume to give out such
addresses without a person's permission. 

   Even if he were to give his permission, I would be
wary of an email or postal letter that is not well
designed lest it be counter-productive. Protesting to
the editor is unlikely to help, you see, and will only
seem like a shrill but empty protest. 

   I can assure you that neither he nor the publishers
will be inclined to offer you the email addresses of
the people in the survey, because they probably agreed
to do the survey only with a degree of
confidentiality, so they wouldn't have to answer to
apologists of this or that approach why they don't
find it all that useful. 

    In other words, it's not for them to make a case
why a given approach is not useful, it is for us to
make a case why psychodrama is useful.  That case
should be so solid as to be worthy of publication in a
peer-reviewed journal, and not the psychodrama
journal. 

    Rather than pushing for this target, why not aim
your efforts at building the case?
