*Opening the Heart: Creating Inner Peace
An Introduction to psychodrama*
Each of us has experienced the heart opening qualities of compassion,
empathy, and forgiveness. Yet at times these qualities can seem so
distant and out-of-reach. With closed hearts, we feel isolated and
disconnected. We may react with repetitive, unskillful patterns.
After a brief talk, we will use psychodrama, movement, and guided
imagery to identify, embody, and practice the roles that help us open
our hearts and find connection. By practicing opening our hearts we find
inner peace and can contribute to creating a more peaceful world.
