Thank you for your thoughtful comments.
I particulary liked being called "a budding sociatrist".

To you question, what shall be enacted, in policy, etc.,
I can only answer:  I am thinking about just that.

Maybe by April, for our annual meeting, I will have
gathered my thoughts enough to 'move that into action'.

My task, as I've chosen it, is to gather (as you mentioned
you're doing as well) sociatric tools.  

Would be great to gather together those of us interested, to together
gather.
