I seriously think that one of the most powerful tools is the use of or incorporation of the work stemming from Hellinger. It is so empowering to the entire group of people who participate as well as liberating for them. It puts those attending in touch with the intuitive mind which as Einstein says in the following post, we have forgotten.
"The Rational Mind is our faithful servent and the Intuitive mind is a sacred gift. We have created a culture which honors the servent and has forgotten the gift. "
And I add that those of us who are concious of this loss have been seeking it throughout our lives even in the cannon's mouth. Ed recommended to me Derrick Jenkins work ( beginning with A Language Older Than Words) and it is so synergistic with everything that I have been about nearly all my life. It is that search for the Soul, Intuitive, connection with nature and the earth that the indigenous people who have not been crushed by A-quired I-mperialist D-ependency S-yndrome still have.

Hi Adam,
Thank you for your thoughtful comments.
I particulary liked being called "a budding sociatrist".
To you question, what shall be enacted, in policy, etc.,
I can only answer: I am thinking about just that.
Maybe by April, for our annual meeting, I will have
gathered my thoughts enough to 'move that into action'.
My task, as I've chosen it, is to gather (as you mentioned
you're doing as well) sociatric tools.
Would be great to gather together those of us interested, to together
gather.
