Dear Psychotherapy Networker Reader,

You are invited to participate in a National Institutes of Health-funded 
web-based survey on psychotherapy, conducted by the Department of 
Psychiatry at Columbia University Medical School and New York State 
Psychiatric Institute.

The purpose of this survey is to better understand what therapists do in 
their everyday psychotherapy practice, and the important influences 
shaping their practice. Please participate and have your voice be counted.

Information is being collected for research purposes only, however 
articles summarizing the findings will be featured in the Psychotherapy 
Networker over the next year.
The survey should only take 30 minutes of your time. Participation is 
voluntary. Responses will be confidential.

Although there is no direct tangible benefit of participation, we 
greatly appreciate your time. As a token of appreciation for your
