I am wondering whether it would be ok to advertize Hellinger type workshops for instance that do not involve directly any TEP persons or others certified at any level by ASGPP. I did send across a note about John Sayles workshop in Scottland as I thought that was at least not particularly competing with anything directly that I knew about at the time having to do with ASGPP or the International group.

fields?

The Center For Creative Alternatives Presents
Songs of Myself: A Celebration of Self in Group
A Drama Therapy Workshop Co-led by Dr. Robert Landy and Emily Nash
This workshop inaugurates the second year of the Center for Creative Alternatives, an
institute offering training and personal growth experiences in drama therapy and
therapeutic group process. In this first workshop we will respond to Walt Whitman's
challenge to celebrate the magnificent complexity of ourselves. Our methods of celebration
will be through drama, poetry, song, story, and movement. As our work centers in the
connection between drama therapy and group process, we will examine our many facets within
the crucible of the group.
This workshop aims to:
· Continue to build a community of artists, therapists, mental health
practitioners and clergy committed to personal exploration and the application of drama
and group process in their professional work.
· Create dramas, poems and songs that celebrate who we are and our place in the
world at this point in time.
· Develop and share our personal performances within a receptive community as a
means of affirming our common humanity.
The format of this workshop is experiential and didactic, with ample time given for
personal reflection, discussion of the creative and therapeutic process, and possibilities
of application in diverse communities.
