 Pendzik, Susana. (2006). On dramatic reality and its therapeutic function in drama therapy. The Arts in Psychotherapy, 33 (4), 271-289. 
      This paper addresses what Moreno called Surplus Reality, though she's a drama therapist and alludes also to a number of other sources, including Richard Courtney (more involved with drama in education), Winnicott, Stanislavsky, Boal, and others.
