clients in training workshops

[HV Psychodrama]

At HVPI our personal growth workshops are open to any one; our training 
workshops are geared to professionals. However, we don't demand professional 
credentials to get into a training workshop!  And many professionals want to 
attend personal growth workshops. Just as sometimes people who come to 
psychodrama for therapy decide they want to get trained in it. And, last but 
not least, any number of our clients may be social workers and creative arts 
therapists.
    For many reasons, not the least of which, from a marketing stand point 
it is important to differentiate between personal growth and training. We 
have had some clients attend out training intensives but we have made it 
very clear that if they decide they want to pursue training they will have 
to have some one else as their primaryand secondary trainer  . This allows 
them to access  local training opportunities but keeps us out of the role of 
evaluator/gatekeeper.
