How will it be organized?

Answer:  sociometrically based upon choice.

Meaning: who ever chooses to make a note first, is  noted as first in the book.

Criteria: would you like to make a note to Zerka for her 90th birthday? 
          if yes, would you like to do it as part of a bound book that is given or sent to her?
          if so, when would you like to make that statement, knowing that the statements will be rated in the order in which
             they are received - that is the order in which they will appear in the book!
