Thank you Patti again for getting Zerka Moreno's comments.

I want to suggest that we use Zerka's comments, point by point,
as the template for beginning a discussion as an organization beginning
at the meeting at the Conference?

We might encourage an open forum of discussion; well moderated, to
address Zerka's concerns.

Why?  She is the Honorary President.
