Internet based teaching (Online courses) of Psychodrama

Dear Adam, dear all,

 

as there were some interest concerning the first (?) Online course in Psychodrama given in Spain here is some more information:

 
the course was given by Dr. Ernesto Fonseca from ESCAT/Barcelona with the cooperation of Lic. Rosa Rey Pousada and Lic. Juan Marticorena from La Coruña. They teach Psychodrama in the line of Jaime Rojas-Bermudez (including his theory of the personality and other specifics). The course was offered via an internet forum for psyquiatry counting with 14 participants in the end (in the beginning there were about 30 people interested; among the 14 people subscribed 10 succeeded to pass the examinations - multiple choice questionnaires plus a final written communication about a topic given by the professors 1-2 pages length; one participant came from Ecuador, one from Bolivia and from Portugal). They divided the course material in 4 moduls which were sent out on a weekly scale (every module contained 30 pages including a questionnaire which gave access to the next module and a brief summary of the content of each module). Besides a chat forum was established facilitating an on-going discussion every week between the professors and the participants and a skype connection for those exceptional questions which could not be resolved by the chat.

 

The modules contained:

1. Moreno, the history of Psychodrama and its classical theoretical concepts.

2. Psychodrama as a Method. Structure and Dynamics of a Session. Formats, field of application, Sociodrama, Role Learning, Role Plays...

3. Technical Aspects of Psychodrama: Dramatization and Image. Basic and complex Techniques, the objects, body therapy, psychodance,  ....

4. Emerging Theory of personality. The basic structure of the personality. Neuroscience and Psychodrama.

 

The evaluation of the experience was for both sides highly positive.
