VS: VS: group dynamics

Yep, that's what I'm doing. :-) All methods that help persons to get
aquinted with each others, help.  Control works the other way, it deepens
the defences. Actually, I was thinking about groups in general, what is
happening in them, if no intervention is done. :-)
