I too want to thank those of you who have reported about Claire's passing as well as about her life. I am especially indebted here to Connie Miller in her writing about Claire's last days typically spent in giving so generously of herself to those on the journey. 
  I came to know Claire more recently and only briefly though I had some contact with her long ago back when she was at Beacon. I was so moved by her energy and committment to people. Even though my exposure to her was fleeting, she will remain as an inspiration in the work I do. Blessings to her spirit which continues to inform us and rests with the Ancestors. Bud Weiss.
