PD and Aspergers

Hi there
Worked with a chap who was a senior manager with aspergers.
This chap was extremely keen to learn and we formed a good
relationship with him. With these two factors we were able to work in
small ways, principally in situ in a large group. With this chap his
main problem was his frustration with others and his disappointment
with life. For instance he resented his children ruining his
relationship with his wife while knowing he should feel differently.
We barely touched the surface - but he then made life choices that
included his kids. Was this effective - probably not in the way you
are asking.
Cheers
