Lake House Health & Learning Center, Racine, Wis., presents:

 

"Creativity and the Art of Integration," a professional training day
that is part of the Midwest Training Series with Karen Carnabucci, MSS,
LCSW, TEP from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 9, at Lake House Health &
Learning Center, 932 Lake Ave., Racine, Wis. 

 

In this session, we will learn:

 

"           Warm-up activities that encourage creativity.

"           Activities that promote remembering of past events in safe
ways.

"           Sociometric exercises to use for assessment, group bonding
and alternative disclosure.

"           Moving from creative activities (art, music, etc.) to
dramatic vignettes

"           Differences between emotional release and role integration.

 

Join our core group of trainees to learn new experiential methods to
understand and address creativity in a variety of settings. Didactic,
dialogue and practice, with advanced students having the opportunity to
direct of they wish. Options to do personal work is always available. 

 

Tuition is $100 and includes continuing education hours, healthy snacks
and handouts. Seven hours of CEUs available for social workers,
addiction counselors, licensed professional counselors; psychodrama
credit hours are also available towards certification with the American
Board of Examiners in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy.
