Hi Tom, how about spelling out those acronyms. Are these diseases, syndromes? (It seems so 
from the context.) As a retired physician--and therefore, perhaps not up with the most 
current developments--those initials don't signal any recognition.
      The idea that those who suffer from these conditions have a dilemma is even more 
intriguing.
