That is a good deal and the flying to Florida from the northeast is usually not too expensive and fairly convenient. 
   Thanks for letting us know about Joan chairing the NJ conferences. I will contact her and see if she has a template or a schedule plan. I think it would be a good idea if we couldcome up with a template that could be fine tuned and shared among the chapters/collectives/groups of interested folks.

  New Jersey held several 2/3 day conferences. Joan Stevenson was chair one year, also the hotel in Miami was $109.  That's was a pretty good deal.
