erase/delete extra stuff

Dear Grouptalk Pals,
    Let me re-state and agree with Jim Sacks' suggestion that before replying or forwarding, consider what of the previous message you really intend to send along and why. Very often much of what is attached below, what you're replying to, involves a whole chain of previous emails. Most are confusing and fill up space. So put your cursor on the rest of the email, get it all black, and delete. Or, easier, since the last time I did this it took up a whole digest---and took 25 seconds just to cover it all in black---, just start a new message!
