I went to Linda Ciotola's website and found the articles there...
     They're worth reading!  Some might want to download them and read them very 
carefully, or translate them (if you live in another country, or into Spanish). They are 
"meaty," useful how-to's. One is on how to do the technique of the "body double," for 
example---co written with Kamala Burden.
      Another is on the technique of how to do the body dialogue, by Linda.
