open sessions

Building on Marcia Karp's recent report of an open session in London:
      So, what is the general consensus about open sessions? A number of people have them--- in New York City, Chicago, now London. Are there any folks who question the safety, confidentiality, liability, need for follow-up, etc.? I got the impression that there were some voices of caution raised during the more conservative reaction in the last few decades. I had suggested to Jacob Gershoni that he write up his experiences and assemble other voices, and he tentatitively accepted, but has been too busy to follow-up. 
      Back in the 60s when I attended a couple of Moreno's in New York, conducted (if I remember) by Zerka (?), it seemed okay. So I'm sort of neutral. What are some other thoughts? Warmly, Adam
