ASGPP Forum Cut-and-Paste Consent Request

Dearest Group-Talkers,

By now you have heard of the ASGPP website Forum.
You may also know that I have been involved in helping that Forum
environment grow,
and I have been explicit here and there about why this matters to me,
and how helpful this one thing can be for the organization.
One of the key elements is, of course, participation.
No, this is not me inviting Group-Talkers to the Forum again.
I see a way to help the Forum grow, and I need your consent.
I could help the ASGPP Forums grow, as an extension of Group-Talk,
by noting particular Group-Talk discussion areas
that could be cut and wholly pasted into a topic folder in the Forums.
This establishes a thread of thinking in a given area,
to stimulate others' thinking,
and increasing the likelihood of responses,
especially when a more diverse community is being represented.
That's where you come in. And my vision.
A well established cohesive group like Group-Talk
can be mirrored in the other arena,
and can become many mirrors,
each reflecting a facet of our connections here as "Group-Talk."
It's a sociometric experiment, as I explain in the Forums,
and I need your consent to cut and paste selected pieces of
conversations,
in recent topic areas such as "Economics," "Conference Planning,"
"Activism,"
"Politics," "Role Reversal," and "Training Issues."
Adam Blatner has given me permission for this,
so long as I note that it's him who is being quoted, and cut-and-pasted,
which I will always do,
with everyone.
I am hoping many of you will consent
so that whatever I cut and paste from group-talk into the Forums
I know who has consented for me to do so.
I would never post something from Group-Talk on the Forum without
explicit consent
from each person about what I am posting.
Rather than send out an email to each of you who contribute here, and
there are many,
I am asking here publicly, for everyone to see.
This seems much simpler to me than getting permissions each time for
each and every post I wish to cut and paste,
from recent posts since the conference, through the future...

This is where I am wanting your support as I help to create and
structure this other discussion environment.

If you know that you might contribute to Group-Talk in the next 6
months to a year,
Please email me to offer your consent to this proposal,
and I will know and track who agrees to having many conversation
areas mirrored in ASGPP Forum discussions.

I look forward to helping to bring your entertaining, informing,
educational, and inspiring discussions
to the ASGPP Forums!

Your consent helps to make the Forums more exciting, helpful, and
valuable resource.

Thank you for your consideration and participation,

Adam M. Barcroft
