Evenings of Psychodrama
The Harvest:
A Season in Time,
A Season in Life
Friday, November 16, 2007
November brings the end of the harvest, just before the freeze settles in. It's a time to give thanks for the bounty; a time to consider the adversity that perhaps limited the crops' growth; and it's a time to begin to make plans for next year's plantings. The cycle of planting seeds to harvesting their bounty, is an image to hold in mind as we reflect on the cycles of growth in our own lives.
This is an opportunity for experienced psychodramatists, social service professionals, and interested community members to learn about and participate in psychodrama first-hand.
About the Director: Regina Peterson, MSC, LCSW, CP, PAT (Practitioner as Trainer) is a psychodramatist at St. Cabrini's Home in West Park, a residential school for adolescent girls. She is also on the faculty of the Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute. Regina has recently worked extensively with the Red Cross and Department of Social Services to service the needs of flood victims in Ulster County.
