Integrating Psychodrama Concepts in a Business Plan (Question)

I am currently leading a software project that has a combination of onshore
and offshore personnel.

The word "offshore" is often used to refer to individuals who are working in
a project but based in non-US countries such as China, India, etc. I firmly
believe that offshoring isn't about moving across geographical boundaries;
it's also about companies redrawing organizational boundaries to achieve
collaborative supply chains of information, expertise and knowledge in an
atmosphere of fairness.

The synchronization of onshore, nearshore and offshore economies is work in
progress and, if not managed well, is always a moving target.

In the book titled "Blue Ocean Strategy" (W. Chan Kim, Ren'ee Mauborgne,
Harvard Business Press), I read:
"To change the mass, focus on the extremes -- people, acts and activities
that exercise a disproportionate influence on performance to achieve a
strategic shift fast and at low cost."

I want to write a comprehensive business plan that incorporates psychodrama
concepts so that I can enhance the humanistic, resource oriented, trustful
and optimistic attitude in my software project. Then the project execution
can emerge as a localized energy field of thoughts, emotions and
interactions.

My motivation stems from Chris Argyris, who remarked (reference below):
Chris Agryris, Knowledge for Action: A Guide to Overcoming Barriers to
Organizational Change, Jossey-Bass Publishers, San Francisco, 1993.
"I believe that a focus on producing actionable knowledge in the service of
improvability will lead to a more intimate connection between consulting and
scholarly research."

Any hints would be most welcome so that I can quench my thirst
(appetite) for psychodrama knowledge.

Regards,

Ramu Iyer
