Working with singles

Patti,

I've worked a bit with single people -- which I actually find very much
parallel to working with ideas of marketing and networking.

Lots of sociometric measurements and warm-ups to help people get to mix
and mingle is important, in my opinion. This means making lots of dyads
and opportunities to respond to criteria questions, some of which are
deep and some not so deep.

Another great activity -- writing a singles ad for print or computer
use, even if it's never actually used in real life. It helps the person
focus on what he or she wants in a date or mate, as well as identifying
the roles that he or she plays, or is willing or wanting to play.

Kate, I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences, too.

Hallo Kate dear--Just wishing you lots of good self-care while home and
between trips.

And I am very interested in the dating workshops application. I am
marketing to the singles folks as I expand my practice and would be
interested in hearing more about it.

And anyone else who is working with singles I would like to know what
your experiences have been, what you have found attracts this group to
do workshops, etc.

Hugs to you and those huskies Kate. Two now. WOW. Warmly, Patti
