Dear EXTH Community, University Friends, & Colleagues,

It is with great sadness that I need to inform you of Professor Peter Rowan's passing late Monday night Sept.17th. As many of you know, Peter was a devoted expressive therapy faculty member at Lesley University from the 1970's - 2003. One of his greatest accomplishment was the development & leadership in psychodrama and expressive therapies as an intermodal specialization. We are in the process of planning a Memorial Service on the Lesley campus in the near future, more details will follow. Also if you are able, the services will be held on Friday Sept.21 at the John O'Connor & Sons Funeral Home 740 Adams St. Dorchester, MA. 617-282-5562, from 4-pm, and funeral services at the Lady of Fatima Church 160 Concord Rd. Sudbury, MA.01776 at 10am Saturday Sept.22, 2007. A full description will be available in the Boston Globe tomorrow, for donations in lieu of flowers. I know his wife Cathy and family & friends will be deeply touched by your comforting words and prayers.
  With deepest compassion,

  Julia
