Hello, Mark. Which Mark are you? Please share with us your last name and place where you 
live. It would help our sense of group dynamics if you could identify yourself a little so 
we can imagine your being part of the discussion.
     (I just met a couple of Marks at the recent conference and wonder if you're one of 
them or another one with whom I've corresponded who lives in Portugal, I think)... or who?
