Psychodrama movie

Hi,

Towards the end of last year someone on this listgroup told us about a really good movie involving a man who gets a "girlfriend" who is infact a blow-up doll, his family and subsequently the whole town are told to play along "as if" she were real. Can anyone tell me the name of the movie please - I know it was on general release in the US but not sure if it's out here in Europe yet.
