Howdy!
One of our colleagues out in Hawaii, Brad Klontz, does interesting work and has just published some papers on topics that may be relevant to your interests.
Klontz, B. T.; Eivars, M., Leinart, D., & Klontz, T. (2007). The Effectiveness of Equine-Assisted Experiential Therapy: Results of an Open Clinical Trial. Society & Animals: Journal of Human-Animal Studies, 15, 257-267.
This approach integrates equine-assisted therapy activities with experiential therapy and psychodrama. Typically, the equine-related activities are used in the warm-up stage.
Klontz, B.T., Garos, S., & Klontz, P.T. (2005). The effectiveness of brief multimodal experiential therapy in the treatment of sexual addiction. Sexual Addiction & Compulsivity: The Journal of Treatment and Prevention, 12, 275-294. Again, some psychodrama is woven into the general treatment.
These papers also show some examples of research.
He will send either or both of these -- on .pdf files--- to you if you email to him at btklontz at aol.com
