I am forwarding an article to Grouptalk at the request of Ali Undorf-Lay. Ali writes a weekly column in a New Zealand newspaper; the attachment is her column for this week, written during attendance at a sociometry workshop that I also attended.  She works for the Federated Farmers of New Zealand.  She hopes to be joining Grouptalk.
