Hello, all.
I have a fantasy that half of the people reading this are in contact to some moderate degree with others who say they're involved in psychodrama but yet are "too busy" to read or interact on grouptalk. Maybe it's only 20%, maybe 80%---I don't know.
Anyway, I think Grouptalk is the most dynamic organ within the body of psychodrama, because of its relatively more rapidly interactive nature. It's not the most official, nor the largest, but there is more interchange---as far as I know.
        So let's build on this.

    1. For folks in the ASGPP in the USA--- let's think of those who
               a. have been giving of themselves and deserve a recognition, an award at the conference in 2009
              b. might be interested in running for an asgpp office, including president, and tell other people about it, or if you know someone, tell us about it. There's a major lack of basic information as to who wants which roles. (This is sociometry, but it needs to be used, talked about, exchanged. Please don't think "it happens" without people taking active responsibility to make it happens. I find that more often things die because of sheer inertia, expecting the other guy to do it.)

     2. Including folks beyond the USA--
              a. Consider coming to the USA for the ASGPP conference in late March next year. Go to www.asgpp.org and check it out.
           b. Consider submitting a presentation to that conference. program committee.

     3. Pass this along by word or email to all those in your social network who you suspect are not on grouptalk!

     4. Encourage folks to join grouptalk. Really, there isn't as much email in this network as folks fear--- that it will clutter up their inbox. (I think only 10% of my incoming email is meaningful.)

       Thoughts? Warmly, Adam
