regional groups

Adam,
Some of the members of my local group are ASGPP members, some are  
not.  Some are on grouptalk, but not many-- I may be the only one.   
For a while we did not meet because we had trouble with keeping  
attendance up but for the moment at least we are healthy and active.   
I think what we want is a connection that does not burden us with too  
much administration.  We have no need for bylaws, for example, as far
