birthday invitations and Swedish parliament

Reported today in the BBC (which I tried to send to you) was an article about an eight-year old boy who distributed invitations to his borthday party in class. Two children did not receive invitations.  Upon realizing this, the teacher confiscated all the invitations and the matter is being taken up by the Swedish parliament which has been asked to rule. A decision will be made before September.

So a sociometric issue quickly becomes a subject for a sociodrama.
