Sociometry

Could some one give me a lead on a sociometric tool for choosing groups. I
have heard of these type tools being out there in computer form. I’m helping
out with a project to where we are going to attempt put people into work
groups. I suggested doing a sociometric model, which I can do in small
therapy groups but this is a larger project and I would like to use a
computer format.
