I am interested and suggest that a great way to see JL Moreno's
developmental theory is in The Quintessential Zerka,
Chapter 4, article 27: The Eight Stages of Cosmic Beings in Terms of
Capacity and Need to Role Reverse.
In this one article, Zerka outlines the whole developmental theory.
