I am preparing for www.FEPTO.eu council meeting starting this Sunday, hope to see some of you at the following conference and general assembly. Please think about to candidate for the new council that our project is well represented in FEPTO.

Dear Marlene and all,

thank you very much for your kind words and the testimony of the 
wonderful brazilian spirit! Michael and myself  had prepared already a 
proposition but we were asked by the expert - which is helping us a lot 
- to maintain a little bit more patience and to distribute in the 
meantime the following note (I have translated it in english and 
spanish, the original version in german is included as well). I hope 
this is helpful.

"Fortunately a few months ago we could warm up an experienced project 
developer and investor for our Moreno museum project . His first 
planning considerations look very sound and professional and surpass our 
expectations by far. At present, the conditions for its realization are 
negotiated by him with potential further investors and institutional 
partners. During this sensitive phase, each rash announcing of the 
project or possible investors could endanger its outcome. We must ask 
you therefore still for some patience and are confident, to be able to 
present to you until May the common project together with the project 
designer."

"Afortunadamente pudimos entusiasmar hace unos meses un diseñador muy 
experimentado de proyectos públicos e inversionista para nuestro 
proyecto del museo Moreno. Sus primeras consideraciones acerca de la 
planificación parecen muy legítimas y profesionales y superan nuestras 
expectativas por mucho. En la actualidad, el negocia las condiciones 
para su realización con inversionistas externos y instituciones. Durante 
esta fase sensible, cada anuncio precipitado acerca del proyecto o de 
las personas de los inversionistas podría poner en peligro su desenlace 
favorable. Por eso os pedimos en este momento un poco de paciencia 
planteando para mayo la presentación del proyecto común, junto con el 
diseñador del proyecto."

"Wir konnten glücklicherweise vor wenigen Monaten einen erfahrenen 
Projektentwickler und Projektträger/Investor für unser Projekt "Moreno 
Museum" begeistern. Seine ersten Planungsüberlegungen sehen sehr 
fundiert und professionell aus und übertreffen unsere Erwartungen bei 
weitem. Derzeit werden von ihm die Realisierungsmöglichkeiten mit 
potentiellen weiteren Investoren und institutionellen Partnern 
verhandelt. Während dieser sensiblen Phase könnte jedes voreilige 
Bekanntgeben von Konzepten oder Investoren das Projekt gefährden. Wir 
bitten Sie daher noch um etwas Geduld (und Vorfreude) und sind 
zuversichtlich, Ihnen bis Mai das Projekt gemeinsam mit dem 
Projektträger im Detail präsentieren zu können."
