The following is a recruitment announcement from one of my doctoral students. I am the principal investigator of record. Your help in finding participants who were trained in group work/counseling in the US but now practice group counseling or psychoeducation in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, or Thailand will be MUCH appreciated. Please forward the request to potential participants or others who may know of potential participants: 
My name is Nattasuda Taephant and I am a doctoral candidate at Oregon State University in Counselor Education and Supervision. I am currently conducting research to explore experiences of Asian group leaders who practice in Asia. This study is designed to enhance an understanding about Asian group leaders' experiences in leading group in Asia. The outcomes from this study will be used as my dissertation. I am studying this because I want to understand and develop culturally sensitive intervention for Asian populations. 
If you are an Asian group leader who is currently leading group counseling or psychoeducational group in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand, have at least 2 years of experience of practicing in Asia, and were trained in English-using language institutions, please contact me via this email taephann at onid.orst.edu 
If you know of Asia group leaders who meet the criteria, please forward this request to them. 
Participation in this project is completely voluntary and confidential. All procedures have been approved by the Oregon State University Institutional Review Board
