    I would like to inform you all of a unique upcoming local event. I, along with my long 
time colleague Mario Cossa, am offering a psychodrama training opportunity on May 30-31. 
This event will consist of an 11 hour training late friday and all day saturday. Trainees 
will participate as team members for a client workshop to be held on Saturday. If you know 
anyone who could benefit from either the training or the personal growth workshop, please

Hyacinth Center presents: A Psychodrama Training Opportunity

When J.L. Moreno was developing psychodrama with psychotic patients, he used a team of 
trained auxiliaries to take on the various roles that the patients often could not.  Over 
the years other practitioners have developed models of working with a psychodramatic team 
including trained auxiliaries who serve various role functions as a clinical extension of 
the director.  Experience the power of the team as you develop your psychodrama skills.

Open to psychodrama trainees with at least 80 hours of psychodrama training or by special 
arrangement with the trainers.
       Participants will:
. explore and practice the skills of a trained auxiliary
. serve as team members for a day-long personal growth workshop (See attached flyer.)
. participate in process time with the team leaders
. work together in a safe and confidential setting

Cost:  $200.  An early booking price of $180 is available if booked and paid in full 
before May 16th.   (Current student rate: $185 with early booking of $170.)  Participants 
will receive 11 training hours accepted toward certification in psychodrama by the 
American Board of Examiners, and/or in drama therapy certified by the NADT.  The 
continuing education units provided by this training are accepted toward national 
credentialing by the National Association of Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Counselors 
(NAADAC).The National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC)has approved this training for 
Continuing Education Units.

Workshop Facilitators: Kim Burden, LCMHC, LCAT, RDT/BCT, ADTR, CP is a dance-movement and 
drama
therapist, psychodramatist and Certified Practitioner of Body-Mind Centering (r). She 
maintains a private practice in creative body-centered psychotherapy and healing arts in 
Keene, NH and teaches in the Dance/Movement Therapy program at Antioch University New 
England Graduate School.

Mario Cossa, MA, RDT/MT, TEP is a psychodramatist, drama therapist, and theatre educator 
who has offered trainings and workshops throughout the United States, Canada, United 
Kingdom, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa.
