new paper: Psychodrama 'a deux"

Dear Colleagues, Jim Vandermay, a trainer of psychodrama in Michigan, wrote a nice paper on working one-to-one with clients using psychodramatic methods---what he called "Psychodrama 'a deux'". He wrote it around 1980, never published it. I asked him if I could publish it on my website and he said okay. I scanned it on, sent him what I had, he added his references and made a few adjustments and said "go ahead."
