Greetings!

I’m excited to present my psychodrama offerings for Fall 2024 - Spring 2025. They consist of four weekend workshops every other month. The training season will focus on psychodrama skills development and practice and will also incorporate philosophy, history and methodology. Participants at all levels of psychodrama experience are welcome and encouraged to attend and shy people are welcome. We are a one-room schoolhouse, with each person learning at their own pace.

The first weekend, November 16-17, 2024 - Psychodrama for Personal Growth and Professional Development, will focus on personal psychodramas to provide an opportunity for participants to experience full psychodramas in a supportive group. I will offer directorial comments but provide minimal teaching which will allow more time for personal work. The weekend offers the perfect opportunity for students/participants to learn about or deepen their knowledge of psychodrama. The weekend will also warm the group up to the next three workshops which will focus on developing psychodrama skills while also allowing time for personal work. The early registration discount ends Nov 1. Sign up early to save your spot.

Weekends two and three, January 11-12 & March 15-16, 2025 - Focus on Directing:Expanding Your Psychodrama Skills, A Two-Weekend Personal Growth and Professional Development Workshop, will provide each student the opportunity to be in the role of director and/or protagonist. Before each weekend there will be an additional 2-hour Zoom meeting at a mutually agreed upon time. We will co-create a comfortable learning environment where students can direct at their level of experience. We will learn the four roles of the director (Peter Kellerman, 1992) as a framework to guide our learning. Short action structures will be demonstrated and practiced. Written instructions/guidelines will be distributed. Advanced trainees and those preparing to take their certification exam will have an opportunity to direct a full drama.

I strongly encourage you to attend both the January and March 2025 workshops. The two-weekend commitment will allow for enhanced time to learn, practice and experience psychodrama with a cohesive cohort. These two weekends provide 32 hours of training which is equivalent to a 5-day intensive! A discounted fee is available to those who sign up for both weekends by January 2, 2025.

Weekend four, May 3-4, 2025 - Focus on Psychodrama: Topic to be Determined, will evolve as we move through the previous sessions. The specific topic will be determined by students’ needs and requests which might include more in-depth study of philosophy, sociometry, history and/or continued skills development.
